BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Foundation for Latin American Culture and Art (FLACA), for the coordination and production of the Festival Latino De Lexington.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $7,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Foundation for Latin American Culture and Art (FLACA) from the following accounts in the following amounts: account #1101-707604-71299 ($6,500.00) and account #1101-707604-71303 ($1,000.00), pursuant to the terms o...
