BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 32-2025), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Perez Planning + Design, for the Parks and Recreation Master Plan Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $442,500.00 for Part 1 (Phases 1 and 2), be and hereby is approved for payment to Perez Planning + Design, from account # 1105 - 707602 - 71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with the cost of Part 2 subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
