BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
WHEREAS, the Council, by Resolution No. 684-2004, established No Parking restrictions on both sides of Cherokee Park and the Cherokee Park sides of 1713 and 1721 Nicholasville Road.
WHEREAS, the owners of 105 and 109 Cherokee Park desire to change the parking restrictions from "No Parking 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri" to "No Parking Anytime".
WHEREAS, the owners of 104 and 108 Cherokee Park desire the no parking restrictions be removed from the listed addresses.
WHEREAS, the Division of Traffic Engineering desires to remove the parking restrictions on both sides of Cherokee Park adjacent to 1713 and 1721 Nicholasville Road.
Section 1 - That Resolution 684-2004 is amended to restrict parking to "NO Parking Anytime" at 105 and 109 Cherokee Park.
Section 2 - That Resolution 684-2004 is amended to remove the parking restrictions at 104 and 108 Cherokee Park.
Section 3 - That Resolution 684-2004 is amended to remove the parking restrictions on both sides of Cherokee Park adjacent to 1713 and 1721 Nicholasville Road.
Section 4 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed o forward a copy of the Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering to add and remove parking signs consistent with this Resolution.
Section 5 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
