BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Lexington Habitat for Humanity, Inc., attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, under the 2022 HOME Investments Partnership Program, to extend the period of performance to December 31, 2026.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any other necessary amendments related to this Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
