BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
WHEREAS, the Council, by Resolution No. 168-90, adopted a procedure on requests to establish a Residential Parking Permit Program; and
WHEREAS, the Council, by Resolution No. 40-2007, amended Resolution No. 168-90 to impose a contiguous foot requirement before a study is allowed; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to waive the contiguous foot requirement in Resolution 40-207 so a study can be carried out on 727, 731, 733, and 735 West Main Street to determine if said addresses qualify for a Residential Permit Parking Program.
Section 1 - That the requirements in Resolution 40-2007 are waived for 727, 731, 733, and 735 West Main Street so a study can be conducted to determine if said addresses qualify for a Residential Permit Parking Program.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
