Authorization to execute a Master Service Agreement and purchase JustFOIA Pro Plus open records management software and related services under the same terms and conditions as OMNIA - NCPA 01-162, a Contract between Omnia Partners and MCCi, LLC. JustFOIA provides a user-friendly experience for the requester, consistent logging and distribution to custodians after intake, and automated redaction of sensitive information at scale. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with MCCi, LLC, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the procurement of JustFOIA Pro Plus open records management software and related services, and further authorizing the Mayor or the Chief Information Officer as her designee to execute any future documents necessary for the operation, support, or maintenance of the Agreement, subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
