WHEREAS, it is the goal of the LFUCG to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all of Lexington's residents and visitors; and
WHEREAS, LFUCG believes that no one should die or suffer serious injury while traveling on Lexington's streets and highways including people of all ages and abilities using all modes of travel; and
