WHEREAS, at a Public Hearing held on October 24, 2024, a petition for a zoning Ordinance map amendment for properties located at 545-549, 553, and 563 South Limestone; 121-123, 127, 129, 131, and 133 Prall Street; and 118, 120, 124, 128, 134, 138, 140, 142, 146, 150 and 154 Montmullin Street, from a Single Family Residential (R-1E) zone, a Planned Neighborhood Residential (R-3) zone and a Neighborhood Business (B-1) zone to a Corridor Node (CN) zone, for 2.13 net (2.80 gross) acres, was presented to the Urban County Planning Commission; said Commission recommending disapproval of the zone change by a vote of 6-3; and
WHEREAS, the Urban County Council disagrees with the recommendation of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation form of the Planning Commission is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
