BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an extension Agreement with Securus Technologies, LLC (f/k/a Securus Technologies, Inc.) for telephone and tablet services for the inmate population at the Division of Community Corrections through July 31, 2024, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
