BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Contract Modification No. 1 to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Palmer Engineering, Inc., to unencumber funds no longer needed for the design of the Harrodsburg Road Trail Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $224,684.83 and reducing the total Contract price from $938,577.00 to $713,892.17.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
