BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 3-2024), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Gresham Smith, to update the Coldstream Regional Park Master Plan, for the Division of Environmental Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $189,458.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gresham Smith, from account # 1105-313201-3092-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
