BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Prescribed Burning Requirements and Obligation to Notify Adjacent Landowners Disclaimer, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in exchange for Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife on-site assistance with the development of a prescribed burn plan to satisfy their U.S. Department of Agriculture Contractual Program commitments and for habitat management at Hisle Farm Park, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
