BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Pickleball Association, for the performance of an on-site recycling Program at Kirklevington and Shillito Parks.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed $100.00 per shipment of recycled pickleballs, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Kentucky Pickleball Association, from account # 1101-313201-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
