BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute all documents necessary for the purchase of temporary construction easements for the right of way phase of the Citation Trail Phase 2 Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $31,400.00, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, be and hereby is approved for payment to the respective property owners from account #3160-303202-91715.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
