BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 656-2022 is hereby rescinded and replaced in its entirety with the foregoing Resolution.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to: (a) execute and submit a Grant Application, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, requesting $900,000.00 in Federal funds from the Federal Emergency Management...
