BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in order to accept additional terms and conditions in FY 23 for the Federal Transit Administration Section 5303 Grant, awarded for transportation planning activities under the Unified Planning Work Program.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
