BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept deeds from owners of record for property interests needed for the Armstrong Mill Pump Station Replacement, formerly known as the Delong Road Pump Station, a Remedial Measures Project required by the Consent Decree, at a cost not to exceed $651,200.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $651,200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account # 4003 - 303408 - 92811, at the time of closing.
