BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 56-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hazen and Sawyer, P.S.C., for Sanitary Sewer Remedial Measures Program Management Consulting Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $900,000.00 in FY 2023, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hazen and Sawyer, P.S.C., from account # 4003-303401-3425-92811, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with funding for future years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
