BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Consultant Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 52-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Integrity Architecture, PLLC, for professional design services for the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center Renovation Project, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, at a cost not to exceed $170,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $170,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center Renovation Project, from account # 3230-707201-0001-91017 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
