BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with Buildingeye, Inc., for the renewal of a data visualization application relating to the Accela software application, for the Division of Computer Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $37,230.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Buildingeye, Inc., from account #1101-202505-0001-72205 ($17,125.80), 1115-202505-0001-72205 ($5,584.50), 4002-202505-0001-72205 ($8,562.90), and 4201-202505-0001-72205 ($5,956.80), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
