BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Angela Wallace, to serve as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner and provide on-call forensic examinations and services under the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program in 2022, at a cost not to exceed $9,635.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $9,635.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Angela Wallace, from account #3140-505506-71299 ($5,885.00) and #3140-505506-71217 ($3,750.00), pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
