BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of FPF Concrete Service Inc., in the amount of $49,900.00, for Installation of Tornado Shelter, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with FPF Concrete Service Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $49,900.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to FPF Concrete Service Inc., from account #3200-505201-90511, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
