Summary
Authorization to abolish one (1) unclassified position of Program Specialist - NE (Grade 513N) and create one (1) unclassified position of Program Specialist P/T - NE (Grade 513N) in the Department of Social Services and transfer the incumbent, effective the first payroll Monday following passage of Council. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
Section 1 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
610.030|99|4108 513N Program Specialist - NE
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
610.035|99|4108 513N Program Specialist P/T - NE
Section 3 - That the following incumbent be and hereby is transferred as follows: Dawn Runyon, from Program Specialist - NE, Grade 513N, $21.444 hourly, to Program Specialist P/T - NE, Grade 513N, $21.444 hourly.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the first payroll Monday following passage of Council.
