BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, as the Collaborative Applicant, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the 2022 Continuum of Care Supplemental Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which seeks up to $2,228,293.00 in Federal funds for the operation of programs by Community Nonprofit Organizations to reduce unsheltered homelessness in Fayette County.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
