BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That an amount of MAP Funds, not to exceed $500,000.00, is hereby authorized for use as a local match in support of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s Reconnecting Communities Grant Application, for the North BRd.way RailRd. Overpass Project, pending completion of an audit and approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
