BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Master State & Local Government Lease Agreement No. 1172902, and that the Chief Information Officer be and hereby is authorized to execute future lease schedules pursuant to Master Lease Agreement No. 1172902, with Lenovo Financial Services, for the lease of desktop computers for the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $88,582.63, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lenovo Financial Services, from accounts #1101-202505-0001-71303 ($66,795.24), 1101-505401-5414-71303 ($10,000.00), 1115-202505-0001-71303 ($5,500.78), 4002-202505-0001-71303 ($3,929.13), and 4051-202505-0001-71303 ($2,357.48), pursuant to the terms of the Lease Schedule.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
