BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Police be and hereby is authorized to purchase, for a period of one (1) year, a SafeGuard Warranty and Protection Plan from Forensic Technology Inc., a member of the Ultra Group of companies, a sole source provider, for the IBIS BRASSTRAX Acquisition Station used to capture high Resolution images of cartridge casings; and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Forensic Technology Inc., related to this procurement.
