BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an amendment to a Grant Agreement with the Bluegrass Area Development District, Inc., to include an updated Budget with eligible expenses and incorporate an increase of $91,341.60 in Federal funds, for operation of the Senior Citizens Center in FY 2023.
