BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Neighborhood Action Match Grant Program Contracts, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cardinal Valley Neighborhood Association ($320.00), Eastland Parkway Neighborhood Association ($1,800.00), Garden Meadows Homeowners Association ($8,000.00), Griffin Gate Community Association ($8,000.00), Heatherwood Homeowner Association ($7,500.00), Home Place - The Savanna HOA, Inc. ($4,886.00), Kenwick Neighborhood Association ($5,651.00), McConnells Trace Homeowners Association ($5,190.00), Palomar Hills Community Association, Inc. ($4,000.00), Picadome Neighborhood Association ($600.00), St. Martin Village Neighborhood Association ($7,500.00), Tates Creek Mansionettes, Inc. Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
