BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment #4, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the TIGER Agreement with the U.S. Department of Transportation, which will modify the Budget for the Town Branch Commons Project, move funds to different phases, clarify the use of funds in All Zones, and extend the Budget period end date.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
