BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a third amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc. (“CAC”) in order to allocate $6,921,202.20 of federal Emergency Rental Assistance Grant funds awarded under Section 501(a) of Division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (ERA 1) to CAC for the continued operation of the Housing Stabilization Program, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other needed Agreements or amendments with CAC related to the use of these funds.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
