BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Henry P. Thompson Company be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of Boerger replacement parts for sludge pumps for the Division of Water Quality, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary agreements with Henry P. Thompson Company related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $22,759.34, be and hereby is approved for payment to Henry P. Thompson Company, from account # 4002-303402-0001-76101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
