BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Contract (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 45-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with GRW, for topographic services to survey the Cardinal Run Park North Property.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $28,870.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to GRW, from account # 3230-707602-7221-90319.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
