BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute one or more Agreements, awarded pursuant to RFP No. 24-2022 and paid for with funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), with each of the following entities: Arbor Youth Services, Inc., Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc., d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators, Bluegrass Council of the Blind, Inc., BIA Education Foundation, Inc., Central Christian Church (DOC), Inc., Children’s Advocacy Center of the Bluegrass, Chrysalis House, Inc., Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Kentucky Easter Seal Society, Inc. d/b/a Easter Seals Cardinal Hill, God’s Pantry Food Bank, Inc., Greenhouse17, Inc., Hope Center, Inc., Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc., Moveable Feast Lexington, Inc., Natalie’s Sisters, Inc., New Beginnings, Bluegrass, Inc., Open Door Church, Inc., Sayre Christian Village, The Nest - Center for Women, Children and Families, The Refuge Clinic, United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc., and The Urban League of Lexington, Fayette County, Incorporated, with the final form and terms of the agreement(s) subject to the final approval of the Department of Finance, the Division of Grants and Special Programs and the Department of Law, which shall be consistent with the draft agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2 -- That amounts, not to exceed the following sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to each of the following entities, contingent upon the approval of any necessary budget amendments, and pursuant and subject to the terms of the respective final agreements:
