A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a second amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement with Community Action Council ("CAC") in order to allocate $1,950,000 of Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Grant funds awarded under Section 501(a) of Div. N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (ERA 1) and $1,550,000 of Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Grant funds awarded under Section 3201(a) of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ERA 2) to CAC for the continued operation of the Housing Stabilization Program, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other needed Agreements or Amendments with CAC related to the use of these funds. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a second amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc.
