BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kraus Associates d/b/a AK Associates, for on-site and remote maintenance services for the Enhanced 911 system, for the Division of Enhanced 911.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $276,156.00 (FY2023), be and hereby is approved for payment to Kraus Associates, Inc. d/b/a AK Associates from account #4204-505602-5622-71208 ($171,688.32), account #4205-505602-71208 ($7,153.68), account # 4204-505603-71299 ($48,657), and account # 4205-505602-71299 ($48,657), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
