BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Health and Family Services, which Grant funds are in the amount of $10,000.00 in Federal funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), to fund repairs to the playground structure at the Family Care Center, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
