A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute an amendment to a Grant Agreement with Lexington Housing Authority for Housing Stabilization, in order to amend the agreed Budget, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other amendments related to this Grant Agreement. Summary

Authorization to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Lexington Housing Authority to move Community Development Block Grant program CARES Act funds to increase assistance and reduce salary and fringe benefits by $95,958.00, and to execute any other Agreements or amendments with Lexington Housing Authority related to the use of these funds. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Grant Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington Housing Authority for housing stabilization, in order to amend the agreed budget, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other amendments related to this Grant Agreement.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
