Summary
Authorization to transfer one (1) classified position of Zoning Enforcement Officer Sr. (Grade 518E), three (3) classified positions of Zoning Enforcement Officer (Grade 516N) and one (1) classified position of Staff Assistant (Grade 508N) along with the incumbents from the Division of Planning to the Division of Building Inspection. Section 2 - That the following subsection line numbers in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are created:

Section 3 - That the incumbent to the position of Zoning Enforcement Officer, Greg Walker, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Planning to the Division of Building Inspection, at his current pay grade and rate of pay.
Section 4 - That the incumbent to the position of Zoning Enforcement Officer, Pamela Brown, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Planning to the Division of Building Inspection, at her current pay grade and rate of pay.
Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
