BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management is authorized to purchase outdoor warning sirens, and all associated equipment, from Federal Signal, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Federal Signal related to the procurement.

Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
