BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of E911is authorized to purchase software and support services from 911 Datamaster, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with 911 Datamaster, related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $46,732.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to 911 Datamaster, from the following accounts in the following amounts: #4204-505602-76102 ($10,181.00), #4204-505603-76102 ($4,000.00) #4205-505602-76102 ($32,551.00).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
