BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Brown Equipment Company be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of parts and materials for closed circuit television trucks for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Brown Equipment Company related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
