BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Riskmaster Accelerator AWS SaaS Access Agreement with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) to extend the term of Work Order No. 8 for thirty-six (36) months, from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2025, at a cost not to exceed $47,092.00 annually.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $47,092.00, be and hereby is authorized for payment to Computer Sciences Corporation in the following amounts from the following accounts # 1101-202505-0001-72205 ($40,028.20); # 1115-202505-0001-72205 ($3,296.44); # 4002-202505-0001-72205 ($2,354.60); # 4051-202505-0001-72205 ($1,412.76), subject to the terms of the Amended Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
