BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Fayette County Sheriff’s Settlement - 2021 taxes, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for taxes collected April 16, 2021 through April 18, 2022, be and hereby is approved, and that the Sheriff be granted a Quietus in connection with her tax settlement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
