BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Ely Enterprises, Inc., in the amount of $165,000.00, for the Baler Re-Line at the Material Recovery Facility, for the Division of Waste Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Ely Enterprises, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $165,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Ely Enterprises, Inc., from account # 1115 - 303505 - 76101, pursuant to the terms of the bid and the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
