A Resolution amending Resolution 684-2004 to remove 111, 112, 115 and 116 Cherokee Park from the No Parking restrictions in Resolution 684-2004. [Council Office, Maynard]

WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 684-2024 established No Parking restrictions on both sides of Cherokee Park as stated in the Resolution.
WHEREAS, The Cherokee Park Neighborhood Association and the owners of 111, 112, 115 and 116 Cherokee Park desire the no parking restrictions be removed from the listed addresses.
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 684-2004 to remove 111, 112, 115 and 116 Cherokee Park from the No Parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 684-2004 is amended to remove 111, 112, 115 and 116 Cherokee Park from the No Parking restrictions.
Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering and that the No Parking Signs in front of 111, 112, 115 and 116 Cherokee Park be removed
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
