BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with LexTran, for transit panning, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in order to extend the period of performance to June 30, 2022.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective retroactive to June 30, 2020.
