BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government hereby ratifies the Mayor's prior execution of an agreement with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Community Based Services, to accept a grant in the amount of $1,017,480.00 in Federal funds for child care expenses at the Family Care Center, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Gra...
