BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an award from the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of $100,563.39 in Federal funds, for FY 2022 Emergency Management Assistance Project, the acceptance of which obligates an in-kind match of $110,519.00.
