BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby ratifies the Mayor's prior execution of an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Community Planning and Development, to accept a grant in the amount of $60,501.00 in Federal funds for the Continuum of Care Program, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government to a $15,125.00 in-kind match, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the grant budget.
